Joyce Watson AM condemned Tory plans to bring back fox-hunting, and challenged Welsh Conservatives to distance themselves.
Joyce said: "The ban on fox-hunting is under threat. I know that many people in rural communities across Mid and West Wales hate the cruelty of hunting animals for sport, and support the ban. But soon that could change.
"The Tory spokesman on Animal Welfare has re-affirmed that the Tory Party, if elected, would set aside Government time for a vote to repeal the ban.
"With so many other issues to contend with, the return of this blood sport to our countryside is a priority to David Cameron and members of his top team.
“I challenge the Welsh Conservatives to distance themselves from this move, or explain why their party thinks it should be a priority.”
