New Future for Dolgarrog

Lancashire-based strategic land company Ainscough Johnston has acquired the 30-acre former Dolgarrog Aluminium Factory.

The former industrial site will undergo a multi-million pound investment programme to form the centre of a revitalised and regenerated village, bringing sustainable investment into the area. Plans include potential for job creating uses, for housing - including affordable housing - and for leisure and amemenity uses.

Proposals for the future development of the site will be worked up by a Regeneration Task Force comprising Ainscough-Johnston and the Welsh Assembly Government together with Conwy County Borough Council and local stakeholders.
